I visited Better Balance a little more than a year ago.  I had been suffering from really bad pain in my knees.  I have a job that requires me to be on my feet for about 45 to 50 hours a week.  Besides my job, I am a very busy mother of two.  My knee pain was so bad that when I would get out of bed in the morning I would fall to the floor, unless I was holding onto something to help hold myself up.  If I was sitting down for a while I would also have to hold on for support to be able to stand up.  I was only 36 years old and 105 lbs. I work on concrete for 8 – 10 hours a day, sometimes 12 hours.
