Our fitting process is what makes us different. We incorporate traditional and state-of-the-art sizing technology to ensure our customers get the best fit. The fitting process usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. It’s very important that our customers understand everything regarding their new orthotics and shoes.

In 5 simple steps, we can guide you to finding the best solution for you and your feet!

Step 1 We Answer your immediate questions and identify your needs

Step 2 We take three separate measurements of your feet.

       *1st Measurement - Pedograph (imprint) of your feet
       *2nd Measurement - Length and width using a traditional Brannock device
       *3rd Measurement - Digitized Imprint of your feet

Step 3 fill out a customer survey regarding your problems and activities

Step 4 The orthotics and/or shoes are properly sized and fit to your feet

Step 5 test walk for confirmed comfort, balance & support
